Recently I had picked up International Delight's Limited Edition Peeps & Birthday Cake coffee creamers while I was recently grocery shopping at Target!! I was really excited and I enjoyed putting together a video for you in which it shares my thoughts on these creamers' flavors.

Train Lover Cake - Nana's 3rd Decorative Cake for Her Grandchildren | #BirthdayCake #FromJesstoYou

For my Son's 3rd Birthday (in December 2016) we were in the process of a state-to-state move ... so a few weeks before his actual birthday we were able to be at my parents’ house to celebrate early. That year my son was really big into trains and kept saying he wanted to be a train conductor someday. Therefore, my mother (i.e. Nana) created a "train cake" for him. Basically she made three individual chocolate cakes, made a peanut butter icing to frost them with, and then had a cut out gingerbread cookies in the shape of a train that she lined up on both sides of the cakes ... as you can see in the photos below. My than 3-year-old LOVED it!

Roasted Chestnuts are suppose to be a Holiday Staple ... so they say. | #FoodThoughts #RoastedChestnuts

In November 2016, was the first time my family and I ever ate Roasted Chestnuts. I was 32 yrs old at that point and I truly found the experience quite entertaining and fascinating .... especially since my hubby--the non-holiday-lover in our family--was the one who had the idea to try them. For my Son's 2nd Birthday (in December 2015) we really could not pin down what theme to do ... so we went for it all! Nana (my mother) created this cake and came up with the items she new my son would appreciate the most. I'm calling it her Boy Land cake and it was another success! Plus, everything used on that cake both of my kids still play with even though almost three years has passed! Please check out the photos below.

Food Thoughts :

1. The bacon came out good. No complaints.
2. The Girl Scout blondie ... in truth it wasn't amazing but it wasn't bad either. I'd recommend it only if you are looking for a tasty non-sweet treat.

ALL NATURAL PANCAKE RECIPE :

ALL NATURAL PANCAKE RECIPE... NO PROCESSED ANYTHING!!

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 whole eggs

That’s it. Just mix together in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed. Then spray your pan with some "spray & cook" or coconut oil. On a low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done! Serve and eat!

*Some advice would be to make them small so its easier to flip

Under 250 calories, nearly 14g of protein! No processed anything! These pancakes are gluten free, low calorie.

1st Attempt with Coconut Oil : I got reminded that I suck at flipping pancakes, and the Coconut Oil just made it worse.

2nd Attempt with Pam Cooking Spray : It was easier to flip using the cooking spray. However, I'm not sure if it was because of my gas stove or if it was just me but it took longer then the 20-30 seconds to flip more like a minute and a half.

How Much Did It Make : In total I was able to make 7 small pancakes with the ingredients provided.


My Family's Verdict :

My Food Critic Hubby's Thoughts : Thought it was good and liked that it was healthy because he could then eat it with his diet.

My Thoughts : Sweeter then I expected but not bad.

My 2-year-old Daughter's Thoughts : She wouldn't say if she liked it or not. Yet she had a few bites without spitting it out and wouldn't eat the rest. =0/
