Raw Almond Banana "Ice Cream"

Encase the above post ever disappears here is what Eat Clean. Train Mean. Live Green. wrote: Raw Almond Banana "Ice Cream." All you do is blend up 2 frozen bananas and then add in a tablespoon of raw almond butter (you need to make the almond butter separately.. or purchase it). Either way, blend up 2 frozen bananas with your favorite nut butter of choice (to taste). You can also add in raw cacao powder or nibs to create a chocolate banana nut butter "ice cream." I also love to sprinkle my "ice cream" with unsweetened coconut flakes and chopped nuts. You can literally use frozen bananas to create a wide variety of different flavored "ice creams." Other options include: Cinnamon, sprinkles, vanilla, cherries, vegan chocolate chips, vegan marshmallows, granola, rolled oats, fresh or puréed strawberry..

As of December 7, 2014 :: I have yet to try this but it sounded good enough to share. If you end up trying it please let me know how it turned out!

My Attempt/Success with this Recipe :

Ingredients :

Mixing it all up :

All Scooped Up & Ready to Bake :

Ready to EAT :

How Many Did It Make : In total I was able to make 22 cookies with the ingredients provided and making the cookies a little smaller then the suggested tablespoon size.

My Family's Verdict :

My Food Critic Hubby's Thoughts : Poor guy can't eat them/try them because he's on the Paleo Diet and this recipe has 2 ingredients that he's not able to eat (oats and peanut butter).

My Thoughts : Yummy and good. However, not very tasty if the chocolates aren't included (as I had a bite without some and it wasn't as good).

My 2-year-old Daughter's Thoughts : Thought they were yummy and kept asking for more!
